Huaca is great with female dogs but wants to push the limits with the male dogs. He was just neutered so we are hoping that this changes.

Huaca loves water. As a matter of fact he will not get out of the water once he goes in. Favorite passtimes also include giving kisses, playing under the hose and wrestling with my female chessie. He is a bit contrary around the other males at my house while inside - but outside is fine.
Huaca was found in a shelter in North Texas. When we saw his picture we almost fell over. He looked almost exactly like my deadgrass female. My female, Blue, was part of a litter we rescued 2 years ago. She came with 3 sisters, the males in the litter had already been rescued or sold. He was rescued from the shelter by our volunteer in Fort Worth and was transported to Houston by my friend and coonhound rescuer, Kate. Before bringing him to Houston he spent the weekend with Kate and her sister. Well - actually he spent the weekend in Kate's sister's pool. He took one look and jumped in. Smart boy stayed aways from the sides so that they could not get him out without getting in the pool.
Upon arrival in Houston Huaca met the pack at my house. We found out that he and Blue had a lot more in common then looks. Their voices are similar and so are all of their mannerisms. It is truly uncanny. He is a wonderful boy!
