Josie is on the small side but chocked full of personality. She's very high energy but listens well. She knows all basic commands and is housebroken and crate trained. She LOVES attention and will sometimes roo when she's excited and/or happy.
In a fenced, secure area Josie listens well and will come when called. However, Josie CANNOT be let off leash in an unsecured area -- she WILL run if she knows she has the freedom to do so. As such, Josie really needs a house with a fence and/or with someone who is understanding of this and will make an extra effort to keep her on leash at ALL times when not in a fenced area.
Josie is a neat little dog. She jumps, spin circles and happily trots around the house.
She's good with people she knows but is aggressive towards strangers - it really takes her a bit to warm up to new people. As such, Josie will need just the right home that understands this.
