Beach Condo Raffle ...
This two bedroom condominium is located across the street from the beach, 10 miles south of Myrtle
Beach, SC. It comfortably sleeps 5. The master bedroom has a queen size bed. The second bedroom
has a set of bunk beds with a full size bed on the bottom and a twin on top. The unit has a full bath, full
kitchen with full size refrigerator, stove, and microwave, all pots, pans, dishes, glasses etc.
There is a swimming pool on the property and coin operated laundry below the building next to the
parking area. Since everyone has a cell phone these days, there is no phone in the unit.
Garden City is a small, quaint beach town bordered on the east by the Atlantic Ocean and on the
west by Murrells Inlet, an old fishing village with some of the best seafood restaurants in the world.
Myrtle Beach and its myriad of attractions is an easy drive to the north.
Entertainment is a short walk from The Garden Sands. Sam’s Corner is known for ice cold beer
and foot-long hot dogs “all the way.” The arcade is next to Sam’s and the Garden City Fishing
Pier is just across the street from Sam’s.
A fishing boat can be chartered in Murrels inlet right down the road and just south on route 17
you’ll find Huntington Beach State Park and Atalaya. Brookgreen Gardens is across the street
from the state park.
If doing nothing is more your style, walk across the street and park yourself on the beach to
watch the tide roll in.
Fine Print:
- Winner is entitled to use of the condo during the week of their choice between June 2008
and June 2009 with the exception of those weeks already reserved. For a full list of availability

- Winner must provide their own towels, sheets and pillowcases. Blankets and pillows are
provided. If the winner prefers to travel without towels and linens they can be rented at
Vacation Equipment Rentals 1-800-516-9886, delivery is included in the price of linen rental.
- The property must be left clean and ready for the next occupant. Full check in/check out
instructions will be provided to the winner of the vacation. Check out maid service is available
at a cost of $50.00
- Winner must be 25 years of age or older. Children are allowed but must be accompanied by
parent or guardian.
- 2 dog limit, leash laws apply.
- Smoking is only permitted on the balcony.
- Winner agrees to be responsible for damage to unit over and above normal wear and tear.
- Transportation to and from the Myrtle Beach/Garden City area is not included.
NO NO’s
- NO house parties.
- NO Groups. (Fraternity, Sorority, student, and singles) Misrepresentation will result in eviction.
- NO grilling on decks or porches.
- NO shooting off fireworks on the premises.
- NO washing automobiles at unit.
- NO motor home or camper hook up.
