Kona has never hunted but has been around guns and is definitely a gun dog. Nothing shakes this dog. I think he would be a great bird dog, he retrieves in water great and can swim forever even in freezing water. He loves it. He has spent much time in water in lakes and ponds and rivers. |

He only digs if he does not get a walk regularly. If he gets walks and a good play with stick he is great. He is good tempered and well mannered if gets regular attention and love but he does not need excessive attention at all. He really has no bad habits. |

He is beautiful and small for a chessie which is a plus. His frame is slim and he is an attention grabber on a walk. Gets lots of compliments. We love Kona and hate to see him go so hope a family with kids or someone looking for good companionship will take him into their family. I will pay to transport to a good home. |
