Single owner was relocated overseas near 2 years ago on a short term assignment, however, that is now changing to permanent. Elsah was placed in a foster home, but now needs to find a permanent home |

Elsah loves chasing and nipping. She is great around kids, as she grew up with nieces and nephews around, however, she does need to be watched when there is excitement. She will find something to chew if she gets bored. She's happy with bones and chew toys, but will find something else if they are not available. She loves to bark, but it's more playful and not excessive. She will listen if she's told to be quiet |

Elsah is an indoor dog, but loves being outside, retrieving, and swimming. She needs daily exercise and lives to retrieve. She was raised with a lab and a cat and gets along with other dogs. She is protective, but not aggressive. She loves people most and really wants to please her owner. She is a typical chessie through and through and responds best to lots of love with clarity of who's in charge. The ideal home would have a fenced yard or lots of open space for her to run around. She needs activity or will be too bored inside all the time.
Elsah has lived in a foster home for the past 2 years, but they are no longer able to keep her. The owner was intending to return home and take her back, but his job assigment has been extended. Contact Jennifer(owner's sister) over the phone, or the Owner Alan, via email. |
