Help a Chessie in Need...

Every year CBRR&R helps hundreds of Chessies in need. However, sometimes, there are dogs that need a little extra help. These Chessies might suffer from injuries or chronic illnesses, while others have been badly abused or neglected. As a result, they need special medical treatment, behavioral training and nurturing before they can find their own 'forever' homes.

Diesel Memorial Fund Dogs with orthopedic issues. In honor of Diesel, a wonderful dog who came to CBRR&R with severe nerve damage from a foot injury that was not properly cared for.

Although CBRR&R volunteers tried everything to save Diesel, he passed away.
 
Reba Memorial Fund Chessies who need help getting safely into rescue. In honor of Reba, a very special dog belonging to a CBRR&R supporter.
Teddy Memorial Fund Visually challenged dogs. In honor of Teddy, who was blind and needed special handling. He thrived in the right foster home.
 
Mick Memorial Fund Senior dogs in CBRR&Rs care. In honor of Mick, who came to CBRR&R near the end of his life.

General Fund   All foster dogs Donations go into CBRR&Rs general fund and will be used to help any Chessie in CBRR&Rs care.
